I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. I like being able to fill in forms from online. $72 is too much for this as I only pay $30 for several other internet programs. There should be a refund.

my son is in the military. so I needed some information notarized. with me and him being in different locations. I was able to use the pdf filler to sign my name. then add my son to the document as a team. so he can sign the document as well. after both signatures were on the document. and notarized by PDF filler. my son was able to get the document notarized by a notary.
