It is sometimes difficult to understand how to use the different functionalities. Your "how to" guides focus on "push this button, then this" but are not focused on the end product (i.e. " how do you create a XXXX")

I still like the program albeit the script and font could use some improvements
Being able to fill reports online , print and send.
The script is hard to line up , checking off boxes is also difficult.

Cool az, easy to nagigate, edit and save to your device. For the price, way better than Adobe who try to make you pay pay pay, have outrageously pricey monthly payments n bla bla bla. This is way more affordable

I had issues with making changes and…
I had issues with making changes and saving my documents. I reached out to Support and the help I received was excellent. The Support listened to my issue and tried to understand the problem. She persisted with suggestions until a solution was found and the programme worked. i appreciate how hard she tried to fix my issue.

Document Signing and Editing Issues
I just spent about an hour or so with Kara, one of your most helpful and patient online chat professionals. I was in the process of completing a contract and addendums where my Buyer was pressing me. I sent it out to my Seller and the Buyer once and ran into a number of editing and fillable field issues. So I recalled it. Kara took me step by step through each issue and patiently explained everything to me via zoom and screen share. She even went a step further and pointed out some features to me that will help me in the future. Even though I was a bit stressed in trying to get my documents completed, she calmed me down with her knowledge level and patience.I sure hope if I ever need pdfFiller's live chat support again, I'm lucky enough to get Kara again or someone with the same level of expertise. This app is not flooded with ads and/or private tools as far as I could check
I just needed to merge stuff and this website (didn't know it, it just popped after a simple search) showed me tutorials for all the tools they have to make my documents complete and personalized as needed. I am here because we live in an era where an app that does not flood you with advertisement and charge your for each tool available calling some of them 'premium' or 'plus' or 'pro max' is RARE. I want to be explicitly thankful about this. Useful for the purpose of being useful. Didn't believe stuff like this existed anymore.
