In my opinion this application is very powerful, however not so intuitive, and I had to spend an inordinate amount of time in chat with technical support personnel. I would be happy to explain further.

overall I like pdffiller, but there are some things I wish I could do, like circle items in word docs. The only circle function I see does not seem to work very well. I would like to be able to draw circles around items more easily. As for signature authentication, is it necessary to include date? It would be easier if the authentication did not include the date. This isn't a big deal, since I can see why the date is necessary... but sometimes I sign a contract on for example, Sept 1st at midnight, but I don't want my clients to know I signed at midnight Sept 1st, particularly if I should have signed the document sooner. Anyway, these are just little issues that I've come across and changes would make my business a bit easier.

It was really hard to find certain features like consolodating multiple PDFS into one. I also thought the package I bought came with the signature signing option - and apparently it didn't. 180/year is a lot to NOT have that feature. That's the main reason I chose it over others.

GREAT product! Nothing negative! I draw up a lot of contracts for my job and this website makes it much easier. This is very easy to use, the interface is very clean. I wish there was an app to support this product. A lot of times I am on the go and I need to fill out PDFs. It would be nice to have an app.

Easy And Fast PDF Form Filling Software! Works with all types of devices, so I can prepare a document for signature quick and right where I am. Pricing is very fair. It is sometimes a little slow and there is a bit of a learning curve but once those are overcome, it is practically flawless.

Open an existing sales form or create a new one. Select the Gear icon at the top of the form (not the Gear menu on the main navigation bar). In the Custom Fields section, select + Add custom field to add a new field.
On the Home page, in the Customers section, click Create Invoices. In the Create Invoice toolbar, click Customize. ... Click Customize Data Layout. ... Click Make a Copy. ... Select among the Header, Columns, Footer, and Print tabs to access the form settings you want to change.
Click the Lists tab at the top menu bar. Click Templates. Double-click the template you're using. Click Additional Customization. Go to the Header tab. On the Print column, put a check mark beside Bill To. Click OK.
The new fields appear on the Additional Info tab. In Pro/Premier, there is a total of 15 custom fields. However, you cannot have more than 7 per category. You can add up to 7 custom fields to your Customer & Job list, Vendors list, or Employee list.
QuickBooks Desktop Pro and Premier allow up to 5 custom fields for items. QuickBooks Enterprise allows up to 15 custom fields for items.
Click on +Invoice, Settings (gear), click '... Yes you can. Click on +Invoice, Settings (gear), click 'customize what your customers see', Content, then click on bottom section and type your message.
Reference numbers are commonly used to identify items for a particular customer, users can now mark their customer's invoices with any code, for example, a shipment number.
