It is very user friendly. I do not like that you have to use the eraser to delete text but otherwise it is way better than other programs I tried. I am also having problems opening pdf filler links on my business account because it goes to my personal account every time because it's on the same computer. I will call customer to fix the problem. Otherwise we are very happy with it!

What do you like best?
In-line text, change font size, save options to name a few. Being able to quickly fill out insurance applications and having the text line up is amazing. I have been looking for this feature for awhile. PDFfiller is quick, easy, and has boosted my efficiency greatly.
What do you dislike?
The page fails when resizing text, and then you need to reload it. That is really my only issue other than when saving a PDF to my local machine, I don't need the indicator to pop up and tell me where to look.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sign up! You won't regret it. PDFfiller is easy to use, extremely helpful, and increases productivity dramatically. Great product.

Quick to respond to email.
Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were. This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if I had a need.TL

I love this app but I wish it was more user friendly
I love this app but I wish it was more user friendly. Especially when beginning the use of this app and also know I sometime struggle to figure out how to print or upload my document I need to fill in my information to the document. But other than that I love that this app is out there!!!

Customer Service Is Great
I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.

How do I hyperlink to a specific word in a PDF?
