I am just learning about this program. So far it is easy and appears secure. I have initially been using the redaction/ blackout feature for several PDF files that I am sending to a client and it has been very effective. I am impressed with the "save" feature in that it allows you to save the edited file in a different format, I.e. Word.

There doesnt seem to be alot of "man in the street" logic to how you explain things. It seems to be written by Code cutters or IT people. Lots of simple things like , I look up how to save a document. You say : Save your document by clicking the 'Save as PDF' button in either the "MyForms" . There is NO such button only a "save as" button. Also Where is the "My Forms" page? is it named as such or .... ????Bascally though, its a great piece of software. You just have to get a REAL human being to rewrite instructions.

Great software. Only thing is that i wish the email could be modified to where i can get paperwork sent directly to it. The automated one we're given is way to complicated to remember so copy and paste it is. Other than that this is amazing software.

Anna was very knowledgeable and told us what we needed to know regarding privacy on PDFfiller. It's a safe platform to use. You can work on a form for a client and then they have ways for them to import it into their own PDFfiller account. Without you having to worry about getting into their data! I use a clunky chromebook and needed to fill in an enormous health history form. This pdf filler was the easiest experience I have had with one of these assists. As I rarely need to do this I did not continue the subscription and the customer service was excellent I do highly recommend pdfFiller.

I made a mistake and accidentally signed up for this service. When I got the bill for $96, I was shocked. I thought it was going to be such a hassle and was so pleasantly surprised. I got a full refund within an hour of writing to them with a very nice note.
