I've tried a lot of online PDF programs, which have been extremely slow or not as advertised. PDFfiller is by far the best online PDF editing program on the market. With all the of available features, it made the decision to purchase this one over others that are similar very easy. The program is very easy to use. Some of the chrome extensions took some time to work properly but the support desk was helpful. I'd recommend this program.

Helpful, does what I need to do. The only reason I gave it four stars is because you can't see the comments unless you are online and sometimes I am traveling to places without wifi access so it would be nice to view my downloaded documents and see the comments I attached to them.

A Great Source for Reference As soon as I came across PDFFiller I immediately subscribed. Any time I need to make a fake document for a Movie or TV show I go right to the site and look up what I'm trying to mimic. 9 times out of 10 I find what I need. I love PDFfiller because it provides me with a wealth of real life uploaded document references for any design I may be trying to mimic. The search feature could be a little better.

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't… I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. Over the top excellent customer service First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Wonderful and fast support team! I was in need of this service and it worked seamlessly and has a lot of options during the free trial that I had access to. I was not in need of the 1-year subscription that I was charged for. I reached out to their support team when I saw the charge come through and they canceled my subscription as well as fully reversed the charge with no hassle at all.
