I am just getting started. I am happy with the forms - only done one but in a panic- and you all came through. However, I signed up for the monthly plan and I got a bill saying the amount was $180 - the annual amount.How can I verify that I signed up and will be billed monthly at $15.00? It is very easy to use although there are somethings I don't understand what they are for. Other than that this is the easiest most convenient way to submit forms without the other party having to try to read your own writing.

Great program and awesome customer service
This program did above and beyond what I needed to accomplish for my pdf files that I needed to urgently edit. Signed up for the free trial and had no issues cancelling the subscription service when contacting the customer service for assistance. Should my work orientate around paper work and documents, I would most definitely pay for this service with peace of mind knowing that this service values it's customers.

Great after-sales support!
I recently signed pdfiler demo version to convert a PDF to a word document but for for some reason it didn't work, not the point.
Point it, I forgot to cancel my subscription and was billed for the year.
I immediately cancelled my subscription and contacted pdfiler via the online chat.
That answered within 20 seconds and immediately refunded my payment.

Marie from the Customer Support Center worked with me promptly to ensure I received a refund. It is not that I was not satisfied with the program, it provided me with everything I needed to complete my work tasks remotely. However, I am on a limited budget and took advantage of the free trial opportunity. My intention was to cancel my subscription prior to renewal, but unfortunately I experienced a death in the family and was unable to cancel in a timely manner. I noticed the charge on my account today and immediately contacted PDFFiler customer support. Within 10-15 minutes of my request, I received confirmation that I would receive my refund. They were very understanding and accommodating.

How do I teach alphabet identification?
Recite/sing the alphabet. Identify uppercase letters. Identify lowercase letters. Match uppercase letters to lowercase letters. Identify the sounds each letter makes. Traces letters. Write some alphabet letters.
How do I teach my toddler alphabet recognition?
Make bean bags with letters on them. Another great way to help teach your toddler letter recognition is to use bean bags. Each bean bag should have a different letter of the alphabet on it. You can turn the bean bags into a game by asking your toddler to toss the bean bag with a specific letter on it.
What letters should be taught to write first?
Beginning with letters X and O is a great place to start with early letter writing. After playing with X and O, I introduce kids to a square and triangle. Those four basics will introduce your child to the majority of letter shapes and forms. Next, I move to my children's names in uppercase letters.

Create fun experiences with letter names and sounds. “Show me the letter” is easier than “tell me the letter.” Ask your child to point to or touch a letter instead of trying to tell you the letter name. Use your child's name to practice letter recognition.
