Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. Overall the format is excellent -- the clearest, fastest and most accessible set of URL instructions I've ever used -- EXCEPT haven't yer succeeded in getting a doc e-signed! Maybe we were missing a step. The doc got e-sent to the signer, but all he ever got was the sample doc to fill out -- but it wouldn't let him fill it out. and just kept popping up the sample doc. Even tho ' it side we'd successfully down loaded the doc - but it appears it kept downloading the same sample doc and not the one I'd sent him to sign,

It was very easy to use and was user friendly for using the icons to understand what I was doing. Process was a little slow, but I think that was my computer!

Simple, online services that can be accessed anywhere as long as you're online, Really helpful for road-warriors, salesman on the go. User friendly and output file as your preferred file-type.

Need online access, sometimes struggling for no network access, helpful if you have the mobile apps for signing PDF Files. Also would be great if can be exported in secure PDF

What do you like best?
I am never going to read instructions so it was great how this software is intuitive and you can begin work right away. The customer service is absolutely the best I have ever encountered. Super supportive, super polite and super efficient. Would I recommend it, duh.......1000%!!!

Would be great if it could integrate with your pdf documents without having to go to the website. maybe a feature where you can join or delete parts of the pdf without having to upload it to the website every time.

I apparently didn't understand the subscription options either, like other reviewers. But after seeing unexpected charges on my CC statement I contacted them and they immediately reversed the charges. Efficient, professional, no problem. I think the subscription charges/contracts could be clearer, but on the other hand I was moving pretty fast so maybe it was my error solely. Anyway, no harm no foul. The product itself worked fine. I have no comparison so all I can say is it functions and got my job done.
