Well! I got the 114.00 per yr it did not tell me that I had to have the 184.00a yr program! Made me upgrade to be able to use it. It's a good program if you use it everyday I'm a small business owner so I only use it when I need it,

We have had a service application on line for several years. People have been printing, handwriting the answers to our application and emailing it back. I just received back my first fillable application and I love it. It is legible and all the answers appear where they are supposed to no more writing up the side of the page because of the limited space for answering.

This is an excellent product/service that was very useful to me, especially because I have a ********** and can't install windows based pdf editing software. After the trial period, I had a family emergency that caused me to forget to cancel my trial (I love pdf filler but planned to subscribe later when I will need it more) so I was auto charged for the subscription once my trial ended. I contacted support to explain what happened and they responded and resolved my issue within just a few minutes. They were prompt, professional, and understanding. Can an email be a binding contract?
A contract need not be physically signed to be agreed to. A contract may be created over a series of emails, not just one. In some instances, a preliminary email may constitute a binding contract regardless of it referencing a future formal agreement that has yet to be agreed to.
Is an email confirmation legally binding?
In simple terms, two people must reach an agreement between them. So, one email on its own can't be a legally binding contract. However, there's no reason why an exchange of emails can't contain all of these elements. Therefore, an exchange of emails can form a legally binding contract.
Can an email be used as a legally binding document?
It has generally been accepted in law circles that legally binding contracts may be established through email. Concluding that an email cannot conform to New York law because it cannot be physically signed is unreasonable. It is possible to give purposeful agreement to contract terms, thereby signing it, in an email.
Is an order confirmation legally binding?
To put it simply, an order confirmation is a way of communicating that an order has been accepted. This is binding as soon as the order confirmation has been written and sent to the customer, you are then legally bound to complete the order.
