I am a self represented defendant in a small claims case. I cannot afford an attorney. With the robust capabilities, and plenty of time on my hands, I can plow through the case law and ca civil codes, but I can't readily find and fill out forms. You need t tell people that if they enter numbers with commas, the IRS filing process does not work. After lots of time and trial/error, I stumbled across that as the cause of my problems.

I recently saw a charge for a PDF filling service, and I had no memory of signing up for it. December 2020 has not been a picnic for me. I reached out to customer service, and ******* handled it from beginning to end. She even works to get things done when I was not able to get her all the information she needed, due to unfortunate events going on in my life. They have reverse the charges. I don't know if this product works or not, but I do know that their customer service team does or very well if you are patient and persistent with them. That's rare for any product. So, they get five stars from me.

The name and address of the business or individual receiving the payment. The name and address of the person making the payment. The date the payment was made. A receipt numbers. The amount paid. The reason for the payment. How the payment was made (credit card, cash, etc)
Write down the payment method and the customer's name. On the last line of the receipt write the customer's full name. If they paid by credit card, have them sign the bottom of the receipt. Then, make a copy of the receipt and keep it for your records and hand the customer the original receipt.
Select the word processor to be used in creating the receipt. Create the receipt's header, which should include the business's name, its contact details, and the date/time of the transaction in question.
Both invoices and receipts are paper or electronic slips that detail purchase transactions. Invoices and receipts are not interchangeable. An invoice is a request for payment while a receipt is proof of payment. Customers receive invoices before they pay for a product or service and receive receipts after they pay.
