What do you like best?
I enjoy very much that I can scan in documents and then fill in and add things to them easily.
What do you dislike?
Very little. But sometimes I find I accidentally click on the up/down bar instead of the buttons. Also, some of the buttons are not intuitive, but trial and error works well, and mistakes are easily deleted.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I used to need a type writer (or hand write) sometimes still to comply with using the forms given to me by the government. Now, I can upload them and use the computer. Much better.

Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were. I spoke with Nathan who was very helpful and kind. I was charged 75$ from my account and was told pdffiller was the ones who charged me. Nathan did everything he could do to help me solve these charges and said he would get back with me as soon as I sent a screen shot of bull. Within minutes Nathan contacted me back and explained where the charges came from. He was more helpful than the ones who charged me . I wish everyone was as kind, respectful and helpful as Nathan was.

A Great Paperless Office Tool
PdfFiller is offers more than just fillable PDF forms. While there are many other options out there, its features stand and makes my work easy. The best features are that I don't need to have any software installed as it works on devices connected to the internet and I can edit an entire PDF document on the web and download to my PC, even during the free version. PDF forms can also be filled with data from spreadsheets and is integrated with google, dropbox and Microsoft cloud storages, which makes it easy to export and import data.
The form templates don't offer much room for creativity. They are more business structured and limits customization.

What do you like best?
The templates are really helpful. It can automatically be saved with new information.
What do you dislike?
The signateure date and initialling has to clicked for each time. Would like to be able to just click the option and repeat that option several times without selecting it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Can send out contracts and paperwork. Re-formatted the paperwork to be filled out electronically and it's much clearer.

I apparently didn't understand the subscription options either, like other reviewers. But after seeing unexpected charges on my CC statement I contacted them and they immediately reversed the charges. Efficient, professional, no problem. I think the subscription charges/contracts could be clearer, but on the other hand I was moving pretty fast so maybe it was my error solely. Anyway, no harm no foul. The product itself worked fine. I have no comparison so all I can say is it functions and got my job done.
