PDF filler is a good program that allows easy filling of PDF documents. I appreciated it more before I tried to use the option to share documents with other people. I'm not sure what the original intent was for this product, so I do not wish to sound judgmental. As far as filling out the documents and downloading them or printing them is wonderful. When I started trying to share the documents with others to fill out and have them sign them, it became quite a bit more limited. Since that may not have been its original intent, I remain compassionate towards the limitations it has.

It was easy to get started with PDFfiller. Importing the file was easy. Adding text or signatures was very intuitive. It does the job quickly and efficiently.

It's MUCH EASIER TO USE THAN WONDERSHARE PDFelement 6! Which costs $$$$ more than PDFfiller. I could not use the Wondershare PDFelement 6 and got a refund. However if PdfFiller increases it's costs I will attempt to buy the Adobe program. It's not that I use pdf that often that I have to pay a monthly cost.

Awesome PDF Tool for a low price
It is a great tool that I would recommend to people who are not very tech savvy.
It is an easy to use tool with helpful features that can help any business that uses PDF documents on a frequent basis.
It makes you pay for many features that can actually be found using free software alternatives if you do some research.

There are few issues while importing already filled up PDF files. I would recommend to import the empty form and start filling.

I was accidentally billed after cancelling my subscription. I contacted the customer service and was completely blown away by the fantastic and prompt support i received. This is an excellent product/service that was very useful to me, especially because I have a ********** and can't install windows based pdf editing software. After the trial period, I had a family emergency that caused me to forget to cancel my trial (I love pdf filler but planned to subscribe later when I will need it more) so I was auto charged for the subscription once my trial ended. I contacted support to explain what happened and they responded and resolved my issue within just a few minutes. They were prompt, professional, and understanding. I feel great about the service and customer support that I recieved and plan to subscribe to pdf filler in the near future. What is included in billable hours?
Billable hours include those tasks where an attorney is working on an actual matter for a client. Non-billable hours include tasks that must be done but aren't directly attached to a matter, such as administrative tasks.
What percentage of hours should be billable?
That means your target may be 75% but at the end of the year you'll actually only get 60% billable utilization. I usually recommend setting a target of 6575% Net Annual Billable Utilization for your agency. Another factor here to consider is the role this person is playing, and how their time is structured.
