I experienced quite a steep learning curve. Meaning, the directions I would have found easier to follow would be in steps...step 1, then step two, etc. In other words, the program was really user friendly to first time user.

I have used this for payroll and accounting documents at work and for personal use as well. I have not had any trouble using it at all.
The ease of use if wonderful. I love how much more professional documents look when using the PDF Filler than hand writing. That is another thing I love about this software - you can do it all on the computer/laptop and just attach to an email if you need to send it to someone or print for the files if that's what is needed.
I don't believe I have anything I don't like about it!! Who like hand writing forms??

Kara helped me locate a document that I could not find after downloading it. What a relief!
I was extremely worried because personal information was on the document. Through the chat support feature, Kara guided me in locating the document in my account (which I didn't know I had), moving it to the Trash, and then permanently deleting it.

Easy to Use but Not Free
This is a typical program that is easy to use as long as you are familiar with PDF editing programs. They do provide tips when you first begin in case you need them. My only complaint and it is for all these "free" programs, is that there are no free programs. All of them make you sign up with your info for a trial period and if you don't like it you better be sure to cancel before the intro period is up or you will be hit with an annual fee.

Wow!! I can not express how much of a life saver your program has been to me. Not only is it absolutely FREE! without needing a subscription, credit card or life story but the interface is user friendly with great options and choices. I love that I am able to download into my own drive afterwards and upload to any folder I choose as well. This is the first one of its kind that I have found, the features completely beat Adobe with the upside of not having to pay for three separate subscriptions of $14.99 to get one project done and downloadable to my computer. I received a email today say my PdfFiller was paid! I cancelled that subscription July 2020 but it wasn’t received and I panicked!! Kara took care of cancelling the subscription and got me refunded immediately! She was a lifesaver!! Thanks PdfFiller and Kara!!

This is great. We don't have a printer and with the Covid shutdown, we can't just run to friends house to print like we used to. Using PDFfiller, We don't have to print at all, we just fill out the form online and send it off completed.

The PDF filler is amazing. It has solved me in so many situations since being in isolation due to the fact that I do not have a printer. So easy to use. The only feedback is the date component is fiddly and doesn't always work but other than that - perfect.
