It's an awesome program. The only problem is that this form is used with all insurance companies and the top should be blank for that particular company to fill in their name.

It has made work much easier. In the legal field we deal with a ridiculous amount of documents. Many IRS and government forms require some PDF filler, Adobe Acrobat does not do the job PDF filler can. To be able to access my docs from anywhere is amazing. It is a very friendly tool that help us and make the life more easy at the moment we handled a PDF file, is very easy and comfortable, options are also very helpful, I really recommended, I´d have been using this tool for more that a year and is very cool because all your documents are on your dashboard, so is easy to search for old documents that you will wanted to review.

Well it worked. But, I was tricked into the 30day trial by populating a document you do not own. I could have done this without needing an account albeit "free trial." I don't think I need this service full time. It's way too expensive for an infrequent user.
