I had difficulty erasing some text I accidentally superimposed onto my document and the recipient who ultimately got the PDF I created could not open it. For several years I used this service as I ran an on-line business and felt that the ability to create pdf files, for ordering processes would be of a significant help. I am now retired, but like the ability to modify medical health forms rather than filling them out by hand repeatedly.

The forms are very easy to fill out. I was unable to comments in a few places where I ran out of room for heirs and needed to include a comment to refer to an additional page.

Zip Files - have to open and resave docs needed for uploading to other sources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Must be familiar with Zip files; Dashboard is super user-friendly; would not recommend for an occasional user - should have consistent need for the various services it provides.

Position the insertion point where you want the field to be inserted. On the Insert tab, click Explore Quick Parts and then click Field. (Optional) On the Categories list, select a category to narrow the list of field names. On the Field Names list, click the desired field name.
In the Comparison drop-down, select the appropriate operator. In the Compare to field, enter the appropriate value. In the Insert this text field, enter the statement to use if the value is true. In the Otherwise insert this text field, insert the statement to use if the value is false.
