Experience was OK. Site is not clear on how to change type size and document size when filling in form. Also don't appreciate having to use PDFfiler and pay for a subscription just to save my document and print a copy. It contradicts your advertising for a Free service.

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. overall it is a good product once you are accustomed to operating within its rules and time lapse with commands and follow through

For e-books, use this format: Author's name (first then last), Title of Book (Place of publication: Publisher, Year of publication), page number, web address. For journal articles in PDF files, you do not need to indicate the file type for footnotes.
