There have been a few times I have been frustrated because I can't access my documents. Get an error message but other than those 2 times I am extremely satisfied with it

On a day that I was going to really need my PDFfiller, the service was interrupted. My auto renewal had frozen up somehow and I couldn't access the service I was paying for. I immediately contacted customer service and notified them of the issue. To say that they went right into action to fix my problem would be an understatement. PDFfiller - you're service is great. The features are great. It would be nice to have the option to combine PDF documents. I also have an issue when entering text where the text box disappears and I have to click on the document again to enter text. Aside from that, he existing features are great and I would like to see how PDFfiller can improve in the future.

I love it Its it is so easy to use. The only problem is I don't need it often enough to pay the cost of it. I only needed a couple of forms, but for a business I can see were it would be a great investment.

Easy to use, anyone who I've sent a file has had no issues receiving and downloading. Some of them have told me they've gone on to use the product regularly themselves.

Nothing to do with pdffiller, but I sometimes forget to set up the files I'm uploading in the right folders. That's on me.

Under the 'documents' tab, the 2 columns on the right could be made more distinctly different from each other to denote they are in fact different. They are just two shades of gray and not that different in tone.

My issue with PDF Filler had been totally resolved. Their customer service reached out to me and took care of this billing issue within 48 hours.

Works great! Less expensive than the full version of adobe, but wish it was a one time purchase. May not continue after the trial period due to cost.

my son is in the military. so I needed some information notarized. with me and him being in different locations. I was able to use the pdf filler to sign my name. then add my son to the document as a team. so he can sign the document as well. after both signatures were on the document. and notarized by PDF filler. my son was able to get the document notarized by a notary.
