trying to find the right form that was not already filled out. Also you need to add the ability to erase to the lowest membership level. You can do a couple of things such as restrict the number of new forms per month, offer a 1-5 form only fee, or only a 1 month membership fee. I lost all my forms that I filled out. I have to get blanks and start over. I'am not compurter literate. I could not retrieve my filled forms. What a waste of my time, No body bothered to let me know how l could retreve them. Only worried about what grade they would get.

What do you like best?
PDF filler is very user-friendly. My favorite features are that it saves your docs. This makes it easy to keep editing docs that you use over and over. Also, when you use the erase feature, it keeps the eraser on the same line, which I could never do on my own! At the end, you can download the whole doc, or individual pages, this feature really helps and saves time on splitting the document with other programs.
What do you dislike?
Once docs are ready, the loading time to save can sometimes feel slow. Also, uploading the docs can sometimes feel slow. This is not a deal breaker, but perhaps something that can be worked on. I think there should also be a feature where you can upload docs one after the other for the same session, and it will merge the docs (or ask if you want to) and edit them together. It seems right now we have to edit each separate if they are not already joined, save them, and then go to another program to merge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have an option to merge docs, make speeds quicker.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
When I get contracts, most of the time they are not complete to be approved. This allows me to add extra details and even sign the docs. I like the stamp it adds to show when the signature was made.

Great, however, could be improved with quicker selection of initialing or signing. Maybe a way of clicking at the point of initialing and pasting without having to select each time you have to initial as slow if having to do lots of initialing.

As with business objects, we recommend that you activate the logging of changes to table data for those tables that are critical or susceptible to audits. This parameter specifies whether the SAP System logs changes to table data in all clients or only in specific clients.
Enter you table name, then press display, You will find a technical setting tab. Click on this tab. When you click on the Change button, then the all fields will be in editable mode. At the bottom, you will find an option Log data changes.
The T-Code which will help you find out the changes made to a t-code is AUT10. Run AUT10, give start date and end date, if you have the username who made the changes to the t-code, enter the username in the field and the t-code in the Transaction code field and Execute.
Decide the database table that you want to include in the change document object. For each of the above fields, go to the data-element and check the “further characteristics” tab. Create and complete the definition of the change document object through transaction CDO.
Changes to standard business objects in SAP are logged in Change Documents. We can extend this concept to custom database tables also by creating a change document object in transaction CDO and adding the tables under it. You can create a change document object for a business object.
To track the changes done to SAP table using SAP_EDIT, go to SE16N. Enter change documents header table (SE16N_CD_KEY) and name of the table for which you want to track the changes. Let us track the changes done to KNA1 using SAP_EDIT. Execute (F8) to display the changes done to KNA1 table.
