I've been able to recreate documents into templates and this way it is easy to fill out when they are used repeatedly. I also like the signature part makes signing docs very handy. I haven't used, but am excited about the notary part that was added.

I've used pdfFiller in the past and it has always fulfilled the needs I've had of allowing me to fill in documents just as if I had been sitting at a typewriter (I know I'm dating myself by saying that). The ability to do so and add signatures, save documents to a cloud folder, print the documents when needed, or even have the documents notarized or submitted to the IRS is a major time-saver! I trust that the team behind this product will continue to find ways to save people like me time without costing great sums of money. Do that and I may be able to continue to find room in my tight budget for you!

Product outperformed other PDF software for my needs at the time! Customer services are A++, an annual subscription fee was taken as I had forgotten to stop this after my use, upon emailing pdfFiller's 'Live chat' the refund was processed and I received a confirmation email of this from PayPal in less than 30 seconds! If it wasn't for Covid19, I would have continued the subscription, but after losing my job my finances are paramount! Hopefully I will be in a position to return to your service in future! How do I text an appointment reminder?
You can receive a push notification each time you need to tap for sending an SMS reminder, or you can go in Menu Messages each morning and send the reminders for the whole day. Under the Basic and Premium plans, text messages will come from your number and clients can reply to you.

How do I send an automatic text reminder?
Tap the orange + button and then select the contact you wish to text. In the conversation window, tap the three vertical dots icon in the upper right, then tap Schedule a message. Set the date and time using the calendar interface. Draft your message. When you're finished, tap add to schedule.
