What do you like best?
Huge time saver because we spend a great deal of time filling out forms, and we fill out the same forms with the same info year after year, and pdffiller keeps it for us and all we have to do is change the date.

Nothing really. It's an odd process, fill in your forms, hit this button, then hit that button, and then go find the finished product in your downloads. I would prefer to specify where it goes and rename it before it goes there.

This definitely saves me money because it save my staff huge amounts of time. Everything is now done digitally, so we need our forms in a digital format that we can save from year to year and change information in the forms at will.

Easy to use!
I found the system very easy to use and have only scratched the surface. Converting documents to an editable form was easy to do and the system made it easy to find available PDF or other formatted versions online.
Saving different versions or templates was a bit of a challenge but that was easily remedied.

so far i like the app I have been able to access pdf docs. and templates and edit. very satisfied I also loje the onine fax capability. Keep up the good work.

I was just on the phone and wrote back to congratulate the customer service rep on my call. I was very nervous about making sure my document was sent properly because a 5 year deal is riding on it. She helped calm me and understand things were handled properly. Bravo!

Wonderful Experience with this software…
Wonderful Experience with this software so far. very affordable also. Editing features are user firendly and easy to use. Also does the same basic things as Docusign if you want to esign a document by several different recipients.

What are my rights as an hourly employee?
Pay for Hours Worked Depending on company policy, hourly workers may be entitled to employee benefits, including vacation, sick time, life insurance, and health care for themselves and their families. In some cases, these benefits and the employer's contribution may be less than those offered to salaried employees.
Does my employer have to pay me at least 4 hours?
Also worth noting is that the FLEA does not require employers to pay employees for a minimum number of hours for showing up and performing work. There is no requirement in the FLEA that employers pay employees a minimum of 1, 2, 3, 4, etc., hour just for showing up to work.
Is it illegal to work under 4 hours?
No, California law does not require that employers have shifts of only 4 hours or more. The California call-in rule only requires that whenever an employee has to check in to see if they have a shift scheduled that day, the employer must pay them a half shift's worth of pay if they aren't scheduled.
Do you have to pay a minimum of 4 hours?
Specifically, the California labor law 4-hour minimum pay requirement mandates that employees who are told that they have to work actually get paid for at least half of their scheduled shift, even if they are sent home early or denied the chance to work at all.
What is the minimum hours a job can give you?
Because California labor law mentions a two-hour minimum and a four-hour maximum, many have confused that to mean the law requires employees be scheduled a minimum number of work hours per day.
Do you have to be paid for 3 hours?
Employees must be paid for at least 3 hours at their regular wage rate if the scheduled shift is longer than 3 hours. For example, an employee is scheduled to work for 6 hours, but is sent home after 2 hours. The employee is entitled to wages for 3 hours of work.
Is it legal to work 60 hours a week on salary?
Exempt Requirement If you are exempt from FLEA overtime pay provisions, your employer does not have to pay you overtime if you work 60 hours for the week. Some of these employees must receive a weekly salary of at least $455, as of 2013. As a salaried exempt employee, your employer can pay you extra if he wants to.
Is it against the law to work 60 hours a week?
Under the Fair Labor Standards Act, certain employees must receive overtime pay if they work a specific number of hours for the week. If you work 60 hours, whether you should get paid overtime depends on if you worked overtime on a daily or weekly basis and whether you are exempt from FLEA or state overtime laws.
