Essential software
Being able to fill in pdf's is great! It saves so many steps and looks more professional. Before I would have to print a form, fill it in by hand, scan it back into the computer and then send it on. Now I can fill in necessary information, neatly typed and send it on.
Once in awhile I have a hard time making it do what I want when I am trying to change a document.

Easy to navigate, loads quickly. I usually don't have a lot of time in the field to wait for loading.

I get a fast turnaround on documents that need signed. I can also verify that the documents have been signed while out in the field.

Does ammo need to be locked up when flying?
You may transport unloaded firearms in a locked hard-sided container as checked baggage only. Declare the firearm and/or ammunition to the airline when checking your bag at the ticket counter. The container must completely secure the firearm from being accessed. Locked cases that can be easily opened are not permitted.
Can you lock your luggage when flying?
The TSA and Luggage Locks But all checked baggage is subject to screening, and agents may cut off those locks if they're not TSA approved. Doing so shouldn't damage the bag in any way, but the broken lock will be thrown away and the bag will remain unlocked for the rest of the trip.
Is it a good idea to lock your luggage?
A lock can also help hold your bag's zippers together, so they don't work their way open while in transit, leaking socks and underwear all over the baggage carousel. You might also want to lock your bag if you're staying in a hostel with strangers, or while traveling on a crowded bus or train.

If the bag is open in Europe have no idea if a note is included or not. Second, a TSA lock means nothing to a European inspector. For us, we use the plastic cable ties for all of our luggage. Not so much as theft prevent but to prevent the zipper pull from accidentally being pulled open by machine or other bags.

According to Federal law, gun cases MUST be locked and the ONLY person having the key or combination is the owner. The TSA is not allowed to open the gun case themselves and using a TSA-master-keyed lock (such as is sold for luggage) is against Federal law.

According to regulations, your gun case can be integrated with a lock, or you can use a case with a separate lock. Do not use TSA approved locks for your gun case. TSA approved locks compromise the security of your firearm. Remember, the law states that you ALONE maintain possession of the keys to your gun case.
