After a slow start and feeling misled by the "fill in your form for free" and then having to pay, I did get a full refund. The tech support was excellent - they were the only ones, that I could find, that could get me the rather complex fill in form from NY State Tax authorities (RP-5217). I still feel I should not have to pay a third party to file a required tax form - but that is an issue I'll have to take up with NYS, wish me good luck with that one.

Good product for the money this product is well priced which is great for a startup business. The accessibility of acord forms is a big plus. I do wish it had a few more features that would make it even better - like the ability to attach an email without having to save in pdf and upload - and having a task option for future projects would be so great. Ability to create and save documents required by insurance industry is a plus. I like being able to access the program from anywhere and being able to upload documents for client files. Does not have ability to do sub folders and wish there were a section for each client for notes for tracking of conversations. Also wish there were a calendar where you could add tasks with reminders.

Great customer service I signed up for a subscription when I really only needed to use it for one day. I canceled the subscription but it must not have gone through because I was later charged after a month. I canceled again and contacted customer service. They said the first cancellation must not have gone through but then refunded my money. That is why I will definitely use them again in the future.

Select text by using the keyboard Note: To select an entire document, press CTRL+A. Place the insertion point at the beginning of the word, and then press CTRL+SHIFT+RIGHT ARROW. Move the pointer to the end of the word, and then press CTRL+SHIFT+LEFT ARROW.
How to highlight text on an Android smartphone and tablet. Press and hold down on any text with your finger, drag your finger over the text you'd like to highlight, and then let go. Upon letting go, a menu should appear in the top-right corner of the screen (shown to the right) that allows you to cut or copy.
How to highlight text using your keyboard. To highlight with your keyboard, move to the starting location with the arrow keys, hold down the Shift key, and press the arrow key in the direction you want to highlight. Once everything you want is highlighted, let go of the Shift key.
Hold down the “Ctrl” key and the “Shift” key. Press the right arrow key to select the word to the right, or press the left arrow key to select the word to the left. Select one character at a time by holding down the “Shift” key and using either arrow key (right or left).
Using the highlighting shortcut key Adding highlighting: Select the text you want to highlight, then press Ctrl+Alt+H. Removing highlighting: Select the highlighted text, then press Ctrl+Alt+H.
Press the “Right-arrow” key while keeping the “Shift” key held down. Notice that each time that you press the “Right-arrow” key, a character is highlighted. If you want to highlight a large amount of text, simply hold down the “Right-arrow” key while pressing the “Shift” key.
Choose Find from the Edit menu or press [Ctrl]+F. ... On the Find tab, enter the word or phrase into the Find What control. Check the Highlight All Items Found In option (shown below). ... Click Find All and click Close.
