I have to tell my dr. to use this. Tired of his hand-printed & copied over & over stuff & can fax it immediately since he snail mails everything. I love it. I will definitely renew when the time come. The Military offer me a free site for forms filler but I can never open it on my personal computer. I have to use it on the government issued computer.

My experience on line with anything new is always a bit frustrating because of my inexperience. That said I was able to complete my form and print it out in one sitting

So far it is good. Convenient for forms that require signatures. No more printing, signing, scanning and converting to pdf a gain before mailing back.

Overall a good experience.
Sometimes the lack of features like aligning fields (i.e. Publisher) is frustrating: the ability to copy details from one field to another (drop downs and field attributes) making some forms with several fields that are the same. But I'm an old software designer so I'll take those frustrations and cherish all the good points of the software. I think its a good solution for my needs in the insurance industry.

When I first started using PDFfiller (couple of years ago) I wasn't impressed with it - it could have been because of a lack of experience. I had problems with lining up numbers or letters within the document. However, now it is a breeze and this program is great. I am beginning to depend on it a lot. Bottom line - it is a great product.

I would like more New York templates available in the non-upgraded version. I would also appreciate different pricing options, I am disabled on a fixed income. Other than these two issues, I find pdfFiller useful.
