The service is great and has come in handy in ways I had not expected. However, you lose 2 stars for my initial experience of first being asked to to pay, by a pop-up, to see a form that was submitted and then after paying being told by another pop-up that I need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. The first pop-up should have presented the correct plan. Felt a little like a bait and switch. But I gave you back one star due to the fact that support was able to fix the problem, quickly.

I am using this service as an ex-pat in Ecuador to communicate with government services in the U.S. Not certain yet if offices like Social Security will accept forms mailed from an online-filler service, so am withholding the 5th star until I know they'll actually accept my forms.

I just closed escrow on two homes, and the PDF filler allowed me electronically edit/sign/date all the forms necessary to sale and buy our properties. It saved a tremendous amount of time and paper because I saved the forms to my desktop and then returned the completed forms electronically.

Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were.
