Ease of use and flexibility of product are what I like the most. I have found product to be a great time saver.

This program is easier to navigate than the Adobe PDF program. I have used it for many forms that are not fillable and it looks a million times better than my handwriting!!

I was able to fill out a form easily and print it out. I had an issue and logged a ticket, and even though it was not an application issue, the support team was prompt and willing to help.

My printing is horrible. This allow me to fill out legal forms without having to do them over and over. I will say getting the cursor right where you needed it was difficult.

I find it useful to put documents into PDF and or add to current PDF documents. I also find it helpful when I am helping my students and their class assignments for tutoring purposes.

What do you like best?
I love the fact that we can collect uploads AND money through filled PDFS
What do you dislike?
The entire site is very confusing and we have a hard time understanding where our active sheets are located within the site. We see things like "documents" and then we make a new template ... then lose which template is live and which one isn't. I also don't care for the fact that we cannot choose to have ZERO color in the field that the customer sees for filling in and I would love to be able to disable the "lock to grid" feature that is clearly on at all times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend reading through the site, reading through all the tutorials you can and getting very organized about what you are going to do before getting started.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We no longer have to deal with faxing our documents to customers to fill out, sign and fax back. We just tell them to go to our website . They are also so much more likely to complete the entire process including sending us pictures that we require and we no longer lose the pictures or get confused as to where everything is.

What does Parcel Return Service mean?
Parcel Return Service (PRS) allows consumers to return merchandise to merchants without paying postage. This service is somewhat similar to Merchandise Return Service in that it allows consumers to return parcels to merchants at the merchant's expense.
Does USPS charge for returned packages?
Piece returned with new address or reason for nondelivery attached. In either case, only return postage is charged at First-Class Mail, First-Class Package Service Retail, or Priority Mail single-piece price, as appropriate for weight of piece.
What does it mean when a package is tendered to return agent?
Re: what does “Tendered to Returns Agent” mean? (USPS) If you do get it back, and it is marked refused, that means the customer refused delivery of the package. Check and make sure everything in the package is like you sent it, then refund the purchase price only to the customer, not the shipping.
