To Whom It May Concern,
I need to let you know that I jumped the gun on submitting my prior severely bad review. Knoll G ended up figuring out the issue and assisted greatly in resolving it. She had much more patience than I had as I had been trying to figure out where everything had been changed to from when I used your site the year before. After 4 hours of much frustration, Knoll G saved the day. I would like to ask for you to somewhat disregard my initial review. I only say somewhat because I feel that the site had such a huge change from last year's "easy to use" formatting. I never needed to use support help. That said, I would like to praise Knoll G. She never gave up even when I did. Huge THANK YOU for not giving up Knoll! You're great and I hope you get some sort of reward for going above and beyond.
I would also like to add a technical note...I don't know how everything is viewed on the companies side, but it was very difficult to work with support in terms of the chat box. Every time Knoll G gave me a direction to go and I went (which means the screen changed), I would lose the chat box and had to wait for Knoll G to type and send me something before the box would reappear and then I could respond. It only added to my then current frustration so your site coders might want to look into that.

PDFfiller has been an excellent tool for both personal and professional uses. I especially like that I can send documents and get a confirmation receipt once the recipient downloads it.

PDF Filler is one of the most used applications in my toolkit. I am a business owner and I am almost every day finding myself using PDF Filler. I would definitely be interested in learning more ways I can use it!!!

Quite simple and handy to fill. I would have preferred using my own signature on the completed form but I had difficulty loading an image of my signature.

There was one issue- the orange pen would pop up when highlighting a word or sentence, suggesting an edit I assume. I would click it then stare at a blue circle waiting waiting waiting. I would just close the entire website and come back.

What's there not to like? I mean this is the best application I've ever had for making changes to docs, signing docs and editing docs.

Nothing! I really enjoy this product and I think it's priced fair as well!

I have 2 companies that I utilize one billing system for. PDFfiller allows me to edit the logo and name on the invoice to reflect the 2nd company. Saves an enormous amount of time and confusion for the clients that belong to both companies.

Easily fill out forms online that don't provide you that ability.

Great service and software
Great service and software. I used PDF filler to edit and sign a couple of PDFs and the tool is easy to use. I've also made use of their customer service and they responded fast and adequately! Great tool, great service! Thanks for being awesome!

How to Use the Lay Autograph Release Feature in pdfFiller
The Lay Autograph Release feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily obtain electronic signatures from multiple recipients on a document. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Upload your document to pdfFiller. You can do this by clicking on the 'Upload' button on the homepage and selecting the document from your computer.

Once your document is uploaded, click on the 'Lay Autograph Release' feature from the toolbar on the left side of the screen.

In the 'Lay Autograph Release' window, you will see options to add recipients. Click on the 'Add Recipient' button to enter the email address of the person you want to sign the document.

After adding the recipient, you can customize the signing order by dragging and dropping the recipient's name in the desired position.

If you want to add more recipients, simply click on the 'Add Recipient' button again and repeat the process.

Once you have added all the recipients, click on the 'Next' button to proceed.

In the next window, you can customize the email message that will be sent to the recipients. You can also choose to send a copy of the document to yourself.

After customizing the email message, click on the 'Send' button to send the document for signature.

The recipients will receive an email with a link to sign the document. They can sign it electronically using their mouse or touchpad.

Once all the recipients have signed the document, you will receive a notification and the signed document will be available in your pdfFiller account.

How do I add a signature to a PDF online?
Select your PDF document. Click on 'Upload' to choose a file. Create a signature. Click 'Sign' and then 'Add Signature' to create a new signature. There are 3 methods to create a signature: Add signature to a PDF page. Expand the Sign menu dropdown and select your signature.
How do I add an electronic signature to a PDF online?
Drag & drop PDF. Simply drag and drop your PDF into the area above or click on the link to choose your file. Sign PDF. To sign PDF online, click on the document, select a signature type, create your electronic signature, and add it to the document. Download PDF. Click DONE to save your changes.
