So easy to use and meets all my expectations
Knowing that it's there when I need it. I only use it when I get a new tenant. It also saves my information so I don't have to enter it each time.
I can find any form that I need. I own a small rental business and I am able to fill out my lease and Pd filler saves it and I can fill out the next with just changing the new lease's name and address.

I had some troubles purchasing my subscription after my free trial and had a long wait using the chat feature. However, I called into the customer support line and had immediate amazing customer service in resolving my issue. My customer service rep was very detail in listening to my concerns and offering resolution. I spoke with Nathan who was very helpful and kind. I was charged 75$ from my account and was told pdffiller was the ones who charged me. Nathan did everything he could do to help me solve these charges and said he would get back with me as soon as I sent a screen shot of bull. Within minutes Nathan contacted me back and explained where the charges came from. He was more helpful than the ones who charged me . I wish everyone was as kind, respectful and helpful as Nathan was.

What do you like best?
I like the fact that PDF Filler is available on the fly whether you're on your phone, iPad, or desktop. It's easy to sign, fill out forms, edit, etc.
What do you dislike?
I dislike the load times when opening a pdf document. Also, I do not like the fact that I cannot automatically send a pdf to SignNow without having to logout and log back into PDFFiller.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use PDF filler for all my real estate transactions. Because I've pre-filled all my personal information, it's easy to just substitute the rest of the information on the forms. It makes life a breeze!

Very pleased with the customer care
I was new to using pdf filler and had a small technical issue with text auto deleting, so I hopped onto the chat where Sam helped fix the issue using screen share via a Zoom call, he kept me informed of what he was doing and the issue was resolved quickly. Can you put formulas in PDF?
A: PDF Studio 9 and above is capable of creating PDF forms with custom calculations. Select the Text Field that you would like to perform the calculation and open up the Text Field Properties. This can be done by either double-clicking on the field, or right-clicking and selecting Properties.
How do I convert a calculator tape to PDF?
Tape calculator — sticky notes. Sticky Notes are probably the most common method used to add notes and comments to PDF documents. To add a Sticky Note, simply click at the “Posit/Sticky notes icon”. A sticky note with the calculation tape will be copied to the clipboard, and you can paste it to your documents easily.
