I found it pretty easy to use since I am not very techie. I haven't tried anything except doing some corrections to some documents. Looking forward to the other features.

It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. She was incredible she should be given a raise, a brand new house, a new puppy, and definitely a homemade cake. you should use her to train for your customer service experience there’s not very many people that are helpful as she has been and actually help the problem without getting an attitude and saying it’s your fault.
