I am very grateful for this software that came into my life just as I needed it. It is easy to use and I love how it saves my work automatically so I do not LOSE it. Some many times with website document editors online, I have been been disappointed after working for hours on a form, to have it just disappear. NOT HERE. Life made easy
If you fill a lot of forms, it is worth it. Otherwise you might not want to pay for the subscription for just one form.
It makes editing and filling out forms so quick. The tools are great and the UI is easy to use and clean to look at.
Once you fill the form, you have to pay or else you cannot save or print. This is not made clear from the start.

Amazing product
Amazing product, absolutely wonderful people to work with as well. Amazing integrity as a company. Been billed 2 times by auto renewal when we didn't require the product and they credited within hours instead of using it as a gotcha to make $$ like most other companies.

It is not very difficult to navigate, but I do have issues with finding some of the documents I need. Plus, I feel that the pricing of basic level is too much. I am a person with a limited income and can not afford much. I need this program to help with my taxes and a few other documents, but I can not afford to pay an entire years worth!

Works well
Works well. Just wish there was a way to sign without the added date and time and logo. No one cares about the logo, they just want a signature that appears real. I still have to print, sign and scan, because of that one issue. Kind of makes it worthless to be able to fill out on line.
