My first send could not be read by the recipient, so I printed to send. THen cannot reuse forms ie erase and reuse parts. Otherwise getting better with it.

Apart from basic editing features like edit, redact, email, share, fax, print , they have awesome features like Send to Sign, Link to Fill which makes working with your documents very easy.

Sometimes I get error while printing the document. But it seems a temporary glitch.

This helps with my pdf files and is pretty similar to Acrobat pro. I prefer Acrobat pro to PDFfiller, but this is still very good software

I couldn't find new forms to download from within the app but once I did find them online they were easy to work with

I had an occasion to need a form filler…
I had an occasion to need a form filler on a PDF. I found PDFfiller online and tried it with a trail. It did exactly what I had wanted and it was easy to use. I guess I forgot to cancel the trial so it did go into an annual charge. I don’t need a PDF form filler on an ongoing basis. When I saw the annual charge on my PayPal account I called immediately. I explained what happened and they immediately said they would close the account and refund my money. No hassle just very polite support person and efficient. Should I ever have an ongoing need of a PDF form filler I will absolutely buy PDFfiller. It works and they believe in customer support. A rarity today.

What is Daytime and Layman?
LAYMAN:Paydays/Cancelling (date): Range of dates within the hire contract must start. Daytime — Time allowed by the shipowner to the voyage charterer or Bill of Lading holder in which to load and / or discharge the cargo. It is expressed as a number of days or hours or as a number of tons per day.
What is a Layman?
Layman means the earliest date on which Daytime can commence and the latest date, after which the charterer can opt to cancel the Charter Party. Layman means the period during which the Owner must notify Charterer that the Vessel is ready for delivery.
What is the difference between Layman and Daytime?
Paydays should not be confused with daytime, which is the period allowed to the charterers for loading and/or discharging without payment additional to the freight. Together, paydays/cancelling or, as it is often called, the layman is the period within which the vessel must be presented at the agreed port or place.
What does Layman mean?
Layman is an abbreviation for the 'Paydays and Cancelling Date' clause in a charter party. This clause defining the time window in which the charterers are obliged to accept the vessel in the loading port.
What is Daytime calculation?
The purpose of daytime calculations is to determine whether on completion of loading or discharge operations despatch is payable to the charterers or demurrage is due to the owners. Daytime calculations are recorded on a daytime statement.
What is lay days in shipping terms?
Number of days allowed by a port authority to a ship to load or unload cargo without incurring demurrage or late charges. Lay days begin to run when the vessel is berthed or when its arrival is recorded as arrived ship. Also called lay time.
What is daytime and demurrage?
'daytime' refers to the time allowed in a voyage charter for cargo to be loaded on to or unloaded from a vessel. And. 'Demurrage' is incurred after the permitted daytime is spent.
How is daytime and demurrage calculated?
The system calculates the demurrage fee based on the potential or actual daytime, the contractually allowed daytime, and the demurrage fee maintained in the freight contract. The system uses the formula: Demurrage costs = net demurrage time X net demurrage rate X demurrage factor.
