Fill it out! Overall, I love when this is available to use for forms I need to fax or email. I love the feature of being able to fill the form out online. Very easy to use and beats having to fill in by hand, scan and send. I am not quite sure how to do this myself and have to ask IT to assist in making the form fillable for me.

The dual link DVI pins effectively double the power of transmission and provide an increase of speed and signal quality;i.e. a DVI single link 60-Hz LCD can display a resolution of 1920 × 1200, while a DVI dual link can display a resolution of 2560 × 1600.
To support higher-resolution display devices, the DVI specification contains a provision for dual link. Dual-link DVI doubles the number of MDS pairs, effectively doubling the video bandwidth. As a result, higher resolutions up to 2560 × 1600 are supported at 60 Hz.

The maximum pixel clock rate for HDMI 1.0 is 165 MHz, which is sufficient to allow 1080p and UGA (1920×1200) at 60 Hz. HDMI 1.3 increases that to 340 MHz, which allows for higher resolution (such as WGA, 2560×1600) across a single digital link.
4 Answers. A single dual-link DVI connection can deliver up to 2560 × 1600 at 60 Hz. Achieving 4K at 60Hz requires two dual-link DVI cables, or DisplayPort 1.2 or HDMI 2.0. So, yes, as you put it, that's a limitation of DVI.
Main Difference between HDMI and DVI, is that HDMI carries video and audio. DVI only carries video. As far as max resolution DVI can handle 1920×1200 @ 60Hz, which is higher bandwidth than 1920×1080 @ 60Hz required for 1080p HD. ... It depends also on the video card you have in your PC and max resolution of your monitor.

DVI can support higher resolutions, but you obviously need a monitor (over 24", as an example) that supports that resolution. HDMI will support 1920×1200@60Hz, as others have said, and will also display a 4K resolution (2160p) at 24Hz, which is used for films. In short; use DVI for your PC unless hooking it up to a TV.
DisplayPort is better. DisplayPort is made to replace the DVI, so it is the superior one. Only if your monitor supports DisplayPort can you plug the DP cable in. If it does, go for the DP, that's no-brainer for sure.
