I just started to use PDFfiller and like the ease of completing pdfs, and logical flow of the app! Also love the send fax feature although while it seemed to work well from the desktop app, it seemed to hang when faxing from my galaxy Note 4 (just kept spinning and I had to force stop the app)-- will have to try faxing more to see if it was a device or app issue.

I am retired and use it mostly for medical forms. A little difficult to learn how to begin but once I figured it out everything worked just the way I wanted and I learned more as I went along.

Essential software
Being able to fill in pdf's is great! It saves so many steps and looks more professional. Before I would have to print a form, fill it in by hand, scan it back into the computer and then send it on. Now I can fill in necessary information, neatly typed and send it on.
Once in awhile I have a hard time making it do what I want when I am trying to change a document.

How do I reduce the size of a PDF in 2019?
To reduce the size of your PDF file, open the Optimize PDF tool. You can access this tool from the Tools center. Click the Tools tab at the top left, scroll down until you see the Optimize PDF tool, then select Open from the drop-down menu.
How do I make a PDF file smaller, so I can upload it?
Locate the PDF file you want to make smaller. Click on and hold the PDF file. Drag the PDF file to the Drop PDF here icon on the screen. The file will upload and begin compressing. Scroll down and click on Download File Now. Select the location where you'd like to save the file. Click on Save.
How do I reduce the size of a PDF for emailing?
Click the “Clean Up” option, then click the “Object compression options” drop-down menu. Select “Compress document structure.” This option shrinks the size of the PDF document by removing any other useless items from the PDF, as well as optimizing it for fast Web view. Click “OK” to save the changes.
How do I reduce the size of a PDF offline?
Open your PDF file in PDF element. Go to File — Optimize, click the right icon according to the size you need. Click the Optimize icon to save it as a new file.
