I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

PDF Filler Beats Adobe Sign For Me
I have used PDF Filler for about three years now and their customer service and platform are wonderful. Previously, I was using Adobe Sign but I found it way too expensive and cumbersome to use. Their customer support team always seems to be available and if any issues arise, they get solved quickly which is very important for me as a business owner. I highly recommend them.

Open the PDF, go to Tools >select Protect >click on Encrypt >then choose To encrypt with Password. When you get a prompt, click 'Yes' to change security settings. Click on the option 'Require A Password To Open The Document' then add the password to the relevant field.
How do I put a watermark on a PDF for free?
Upload a PDF file to which you want to add a watermark: use the drag and drop mechanism or hit the “Add file” button. Enter the text of the watermark or upload an image. Select the opacity and position of the watermark on the document's pages, click the “Add watermark” button, and download your new PDF.
