This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. Seems user friendly for the most part. It would be nice if the documents could be automatically opened in Drive without all of the signing in process each time

First time using PDFfiller directions not simple enough for me took me 30 minutes to figure out how to modify some spelling I ask for help no immediate response 3 hours late turn in paper missed spelled

A safe way to fill forms
I wish they had an option for screenshare set up support. Though it took awhile to learn, we are so grateful for what it's allowed our company to do!
LinktoFill allows us to send out one link and receive back filled PDF's instead of uploading over and over and sending back and forth to gather missed info.
The site is hard to learn and takes a bit to get used to.

I've been really happy with how easy it is to find certain forms, then fill them in and print them, but I wasn't able to find a few forms I needed and had to look for them elsewhere. I'd be ecstatic if all the forms I needed were all in one place.

Their customer service is great
Their customer service is great. They take you seriously and reply with grace and find solutions for you efficiently.
PDF filler is easy to use and a great tool for me who is using it constantly to merge files and reduce them to a smaller size. Especially useful for anyone applying for jobs and need to have everything in one document.

The email interface is a little cumbersome, but still very usable.
