Your guy was good - but I really didn't get the result from the program I expected. I thought it would convert to word exactly. I understand why it didn't - just makes the program less than what I had thought I was buying. I don't do this type of work often and will probably just discontinue the program.

Excellent customer service and response time. Very easy to use platform. Tons of capabilities and resources built in. Legal forms lists and easy to use e-signatures!!! This program is amazing!!! I'm an owner operator of a small construction company and can't believe I've been in business for almost 10 years without these resources so far. Amazing product and service
Amazing product and service. I had an issue with their billing, and it was literally resolved in 2 mins! No kidding. The product is also really useful if you have to deal with PDFs frequently.

I am very pleased with the program but I was upset...
I am very pleased with the program but I was upset to find out that I could not print or save unless I signed up for your trial period. But this was just what I needed, when I needed it. I would recomend to my friends.

Good Features and Functionality
I have used this software app for every type of editing, creating, and converting imaginable and have yet to have something it couldn't do.
You can use the software for almost any kind of pdf editing, plus document type conversions. It is very easy to use without much training or help.
The most recent update added a step to get to your full document list. Wish they would have left it at the original dashboard where all your docs appeared without the extra click.
