It has a lot of features to available learn and the support is awesome! It's a little time consuming to learn on my own though but again if I can't find what I'm looking for on the videos or the help I email customer service and they respond within an hour or two and I'm back rolling.

Quite honestly I never knew when my subscription ended I found out when it ended,i believe you should make it more of a mgrand exit because i continued using this service way after i should have great service though

Top notch customer support I needed to cancel my account because I didn't realize I had a yearly reoccurring subscription. The support staff was VERY easy to work with. The product itself was great to use for what I needed; it was user friendly even for the not so tech savvy. I was most pleased with how quickly the customer service representatives and support were able to resolve my issues. If I ever need to use this companies product again, I wouldnt hesitate.

It works like a charm Copy, paste and cut text on PDFs in the document editor. " At first I thought they were scammers, but I took the risk and paid for what they asked for. Now I use almost everything they offer. I like that I do not need to download and upload the document back. I would like to print the document immediately after editing. Now I need to save it first and then I can print the document

What do you like best? Ease of use and broadness of applicability. What do you dislike? Its ease of use and broad applicability trumps any minor issues. I am not aware of any significant issues encountered. I evidently need to keep typing, because I'm not able to finish this task otherwise. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to fill in PDF's without using more expensive solutions. Also used to authenticate signatures in various ventures. Comes in extremely handy actually.
