The first time I downloaded the software, I mistakenly selected the one for use with Microsoft and all features did not work on my Chromebook. After going back I found the correct program for use with Chrome. The only problem I still have is creating my signature which I have described below under features to add.

Awesome PDF Tool for a low price
It is a great tool that I would recommend to people who are not very tech savvy.
It is an easy to use tool with helpful features that can help any business that uses PDF documents on a frequent basis.
It makes you pay for many features that can actually be found using free software alternatives if you do some research.

What do you like best?
I love the fact documents may be completed and signed electronically without the need to print, scan, and attach anything. It's so much easier, cleaner, and more secure!
What do you dislike?
The only issue I have had, which could certainly be user error, is that one of the links to an informational PDF (it's a read-only document) sometimes stops working. I am made aware of this when I send the link to someone new and the person responds to say an error message appears upon clicking. I have no idea why this happens and it's always associated with this particular document.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Per my comments in response to what I like best, using this tool prevents the need for recipients to print, complete by hand, scan, then attach documents to an email. It's also a more professional-looking and more secure approach to document sharing.

Cheap, handy, available on all my devices. Billing department works very fast and efficient.
Glitches and crashes while I am doing offline editing.

I love the product and help via chat has been great but it would be nice to have some training videos to help me get up and running with the product. This is my busy season and it slows me down having to chat for help a video would be so much nicer. Thank you for a great product.

What does retailer voucher authorization mean?
A manual voucher is a small form that resembles a check completed by the Cashier and the DEBT Cardholder, and authorized by calling the Retailer Help Desk for your state at the time of the transaction. The manual vouchers must then be cleared within 15 days of the transaction in order for Retailers to be reimbursed.
What is a snap voucher?
For SNAP Retailers) Paper vouchers are provided by your point-of-sale (POS) terminal supplier and are used when an Electronic Benefit Transfer (DEBT) transaction cannot be done electronically because the system is down. This may happen if your POS terminal fails, telecommunications fail, or the host computer is down.
What is dog snap?
SNAP Application. SNAP is intended to assist low-income pet owners afford the cost of spaying or neutering their dog and/or cat. In order to apply for assistance, simply fill out this form completely, you will be notified about your eligibility for SNAP within 2 weeks of the time your application is received.
What is animal snap?
S.N.A.P. (Spay Neuter Assistance Program) Our S.N.A.P. program helps income-qualified families afford spaying and neutering up to two pets per family. This service is provided to current pet owners who could not otherwise afford to have their pet spayed/neutered.
How do I get a Spam voucher?
Spaying and Neutering Certificates may be purchased online (see below), or you can order by mail by calling 1-800-321-PETS (1-800-321-7387) and request an application. FOA certificates are not valid for a cat if the cat is to be declawed.
Can DEBT be refunded?
Yes, you may return or refund an item bought with a Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Electronic Benefit Transfer (DEBT) card, so long as store policy allows it. Cash refunds are not allowed for food items purchased with SNAP benefits under any circumstances.
Can you return food bought with DEBT at Walmart?
Walmart will return food without a receipt only for an exchange of food. If you have the receipt, they refund it to your DEBT card.
How do I dispute a transaction on DEBT?
Call Customer Service at 1-866-386-3071 to report an error or if you have a question about a transaction. Ask: If you choose to dispute a transaction, you will be notified, in writing, of the action taken on your account. If you disagree, then you must call 1-866-386-3071 to request a fair hearing.
