So far so great! In a pinch and PDF filler has come through!! A bit disappointed that there is not a more expanded, cheaper personal version, but as I said before we are in a bit of a pinch.

Stop changing the format. I love the way it is. Each time you make changes it slows me down as I have to learn a new way to operate.

PDFfiller is great!
My experience with PDFfiller is positive. I would recommend it to anyone.
I love how easy this software is to use. It doesn't require training or use of manuals.
I cannot say there is anything I dislike about this software. It pretty much does the trick in helping my day to day work load.

PDFfiller is a great resource for business needs and ordinary forms we use every day. I'm finding as I use PDF filler more, the more I see the value for business and tax time. I'm still exploring PDFfiller. I've not had a problem using the program and instructions are available. I have not had to call for help yet, but I know if I do I will be greeted and questions answered, very professional platform.

I LOVE pdfFiller!!!! However it would be better if I could have a shortcut icon on my Desktop... it would make my life soooooo much easier. I need this ability from pdfFiller. How do I add someone to Chart?
To request access to another account, log into Chart and then select the Request access to another account (proxy) link under Quick Links located near the upper right-hand corner of the main Chart page. Follow the instructions.
How do I add a family member to Chart?
You can grant a spouse, or someone who helps you manage your health, full access to your medical records. When logged in to Chart, complete a request for access from the Messaging > Request Family Access menu.
Can you link Chart accounts?
You will access all of your information across all organizations in this single Chart account. If you decline consent to share your information with affiliated partners, you will have multiple Chart accounts: one for each organization, each with its own username and password.
How do I set up a Chart for my child?
Create Your Own Chart Account. To access your child's Chart account, you will need to set up your proxy access. Activate Your Account. Enable Your Proxy Access.
How do I activate my Chart account?
To reactivate your account, please contact the Chart Customer Service Center 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays: (585) 275-8762, 1 (888) 661-6162 (choose Option 1). After verifying your identity, we will give you a temporary password to use to log in. You'll then be asked to create a new password.
Who can access Chart?
A person must be 18-years of age or older to have access to Chart.
Where can I get Chart activation code?
Please fill out the online Activation Code Proxy Request form. You will receive your Chart activation code in the mail within 7 to 10 business days. Once you activate your Chart account, you can then view your child's account by clicking on the tab with their name (on the right side of screen).
How do I print my test results from Chart?
Below are some options to help you print specific information from your Chart account. On your personal computer: Select and hold the Ctrl key and the P key at the same time. Then release both keys. A print menu will open.
