My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. Accidently joined the annual membership and they promply refunded my money. Also it is very easy to use, well organized just like a pdf email box with several options available.

Worked well. Looks like a good program. I was only using it for one foerm, and do not feel I need the program. You charged me for a full year $72.00, when I felt I WASA SUBSCRIBING FOR ONE MONEH. PLEASE REFUND TTHE DIFFERENCE.

Great Customer service. I didn't need the subscription and thought I had cancelled but it turns out I was charged. I contacted them about it and received an immediate response and was refunded the money.
