I absolutely LOVE the convenience PDF filler provides for our patients, as well as our front desk staff. The only thing that would improve the service would be a guide that indicates to the patient that they missed a section, so they know to keep scrolling to complete all the forms.

When going from preview back to editable view all imputed info disappeared. Not sure why that happened but I selected cancel and all info reappeared.

I have to do alot of document changes in my scope of work. This was the easiest program I've used in the 28 years I've worked in the corporate world. It's everything I have always wished I had at any given point but all in one pretty little program. Usually, theres always one feature not thought of or you dont have the option for, I didnt feel that at anypoint. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised each time when there it was in all its glory, the key option I needed. Thank you

Great Tool!
This is a wonderful tool if you have alot of forms and things that are important and need some adjustment. Prior knowledge with computers needed, but can learn alot and use for many reasons that are very productive/helpful. Worth the $!

How do I get Glace on?
Head to your nearest Poke Stop and apply either the Mossy Lure for Leaf eon or the Glacial Lure for Glace on, then find the Levee you want to evolve in your list. If done correctly, the “evolve” button should display the silhouette of either Leaf eon or Glace on, so you can be sure it's working correctly.
How do you evolve Levee into Glace on?
To evolve Levee into Glace on: Buy a Glacial Lure module from the Poke Shop for 200 Poke Coins (there are rare opportunities to get these as rewards, but most likely, you will have to buy one.) Use the Glacial Lure module on a PokeS top. Spin the PokeS top. Choose the Levee you want to evolve.
