I am happy with PDFfiller for the most part. It is a very good editor that makes a normal document look sophisticated. My only complaint is the price. 15$ a month for this? What do you dislike?
Users new to e-signature platforms always struggle with how to use it, indicating that some more work needs to be done to make it 'dummy proof'.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's well worth implementing PDFfiller in any organization, especially those which have ongoing needs of signatures. The cost savings in staff time alone makes it pay for itself!

The fact that I can pull internet forms down into the software and then sign them electronically is a life saver!
What do you dislike?
I really haven’t found anything I dislike about PDFfiller. It’s quick, efficient and super convenient.

It solves the problem of having to print out forms sign them, and the rescan them to send them where they need to go.

Good service This ia great service, but you shouldn't allow people to fill out entire PDFs just to push them into creating an account and starting a free trial. Be upfront.

Kara provided great tech assistance and… Kara provided great tech assistance and she was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The 4 stars is for Kara. The company on the other hand... not so helpful. They are great at marketing their product but provide very limited and nearly useless resources for helping their subscribers troubleshoot issues and/or educating the consumer on the tools and functions of the product. The company YouTube channel spends about 30 seconds on "how to" and the remainder of the video is promoting the product. Seriously, every single video, watch for yourself. All fluff and no substance.

On the Home page, in the Customers section, click Create Invoices. In the Create Invoice toolbar, click Customize. Click Customize Data Layout. Click Make a Copy. Select among the Header, Columns, Footer, and Print tabs to access the form settings you want to change.

To set a recently created invoice template as the default template, access Edit > Preferences > Sales & Customers > Company Preferences. In the miscellaneous section, you should see a drop-down list of all your templates.
Go to the List menu, and select Templates. From the list of forms in the new “Template” window, double-click on the form you want to customize. You will then be taken to the Basic Customization window as shown in the snapshot below. Click on Manage Templates. Follow steps 1 and 2 above.
Go to the Gear icon. Select Account and Settings under Your Company. From the left select Sales. Go to the Statements. Select List each transaction including all detail lines. (You can also make a necessary customization). Select Save and then Done.
