I had a little trouble finding the right form for the Post Office EDDM program. First, I got an outdated form which was corrected at the post office. When I complained to customer support, they were very helpful and I was able to access the up-to-date form.

Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. Hats off to the chat agent, awesome customer service, GIVE her a RAISE! LOL

Well it seems to work OK but I am not thrilled about the price, I haven't used it that much but for anybody that does a lot of form applications it seems like a goods program to have.

I thought I was signing up for the $6 option, but found out it was actually the $20 one. A bit deceptive. So glad I found this site though. Too bad the original PDF designers didn't create PDFs with the option of converting to Word. So, despite the deceptive billing, I am still happy I found this site, and that the website is so easy to use.

PDFFILLER has been one of the best platforms I’ve used in client document transmission. The price is unmatched for the services available and the HIPAA compliance seals the deal.

The only downside is how long some forms such as registration can take to complete when adding in the initial fillable fields.

Many of my clients are throughout the country, so the ease of securely transmitting documents while maintaining HIPAA compliance is the best problem solved. I recently discovered the ability to have documents faxed digitally through the services and it’s cut down on my physical paperwork.

Quick to respond to email.
Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were. I love not having to print forms, then fill them out and scan them. So much time, ink and paper wasted. Using PdfFiller I just upload the document, fill it out and send. Super easy.
