clients have a hard time opening documents to sign. they get an error message or just can't open to sign. Sometimes it takes hours for them to receive a document. Clients also have a hard time printing out a form they signed

How do you connect settlements?
Once you've met those requisites, go find a settler at any one of your settlements. Then, activate your workshop menu the button you hold to start building resources for your settlement. If you highlight over one of your settlers, you should see a “Supply Line” button option.
How do you link settlements in Fallout 4?
When you have all those go into the Workshop menu and go find a settler you want to send out. Scroll over the settler and click the Supply Line button, on PS4 it is R1. Now you can choose which settlement to send them to. You can do this with multiple settlers and connect all of your settlements this way.
How do you send settlers to other settlements?
Open the Workshop menu and walk up to the settler you want to move. Move command should show up in the bottom command menu. Once you press it you will get a list of available settlements and the settler will go there. Just make sure you have enough resources at the target settlement to support new population.
How do supply lines work?
Once established, travel to a settlement in your supply line network and assign a settler to establish a supply line to your new settlement. ... Only random 'Settler' NPCs can be assigned to supply lines. Named NPCs must remain at their home settlement. That means you'll need two do two things to create supply lines.
