Wonderful Experience with this software so far. very affordable also. Editing features are user firendly and easy to use. Also does the same basic things as Docusign if you want to esign a document by several different recipients.

How do I reduce the MB of a document?
Remove unnecessary images, formatting and macros in your Word document. Save the file as a recent Word version. Saving your images at a lower resolution, such as 96 DPI or 150 DPI, can greatly reduce image file size. File size and image options can usually be found under advanced settings menu of the software.
How do I make a PDF less than 50 MB?
How to Compress a PDF to a Chosen Size Go to the 'Compress PDF' online tool. Select your PDF, then drag and drop it into the tool. Choose either 'Basic compression' or 'Strong compression'. We'll also show an estimation of the compression rates here. Click 'Choose option' to compress your document. Download your PDF.
How to change PDF size?
You can magnify or reduce a PDF by an exact percentage. Choose File > Print. From the Page Scaling pop-up menu, select Tile All Pages to expose the Tile Scale % option. For Tile Scale, type the percentage you want to magnify or reduce the PDF. Click OK or Print.
