Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). Ease of filling the forms. There is one change if you can make will be great... in date of birth column, once you click on it, you have to put the MM/DD/YYYY. If you can allow to override that and just put the year, that will be of help. In my case where my father was born in 1920 and his date of MM/DD is not known, I'm forced to fill it with incorrect information.

I wanted to create 2 additional 1099s but was unable to find that option so closed and requested it be sent to IRS. Now I know I should have selected "template" but have not been able to get that to work. Made another, and no option to send to IRS

When going from preview back to editable view all imputed info disappeared. Not sure why that happened but I selected cancel and all info reappeared.

I'm definitely not tech savvy. Old school pen and paper here. The pdf autofiler is an old girls new best friend. Everything is clearly explained and help is there if or when you need it. I believe I may keep it.

Finally! A way for me to fill things out properly without printing!
I am very happy so far with this experience because not only does it allow me to fill out pdf's online and not waste paper and look unprofessional, it allows me to CREATE a pdf in the exact manner that I want it to look. I will use it for some of my professional documents on a regular basis!

So far, so excellent. User experience takes a little getting used to, but a quick google shows you how to do it. And I haven't found anything yet that it wont do. Great tool. Used it for about 40 documents so far. Splicing things together, re-wording and cutting and changing dates. Basically editing everything imaginable in pdf.
