Meralis AcevedoI was able to find the form I needed. The only thing is that it was a little difficult figuring out how to use all the features it has. How to modify the text was not something I was able to do through erasing. Maybe using PDFfiller more often will help me maneuver the site with time.

I tried adobe and a couple of other PDF editors and they all had problems with tax forms. pdfFiller was flawless.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

Ralph - My favorite support friend
I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and I will definitely keep PDF Filler in mind if I or my friends need a safe place to store or edit documents.
