Great product...relatively easy to use
Great product...relatively easy to use, especially if one is familiar with this type of document editing app. I am please with how much of a time-saver it is. I couldn't give 5-stars because the cost of the "Full Version" is really too expensive for me, but other than that, it's a very handy tool.

Very easy to use
I like that it notifies me when someone has completed the document. I also like how you can customize the fields between numbers and dates which makes it fool proof. Support is very quick to respond and helpful.
I have been trying to set up a document to copy certain fields throughout so they do have to enter their "name" every time, but I have had trouble trying to figure it out.

Over two days I talked to several agents. Kara was able, with great patience and time commitment, to solve my problem. Was not sure about the monthly versus the yearly and almost paid too much! In my opinion: There should be an option for businesses with more than one licensed user to have access too, versus giving out my personal login so my partners can benefit from the same resource. Such as a link where up to two are licensed and covered and then the rest have to get their own subscription.

PDF editor that does the job.
It does the job to edit documents to avoid printing and scanning official documents.
I was impressed that I could place the cursor and be able to edit any online document. This enabled me to print or send a document without having to print ad scan the document.
It was difficult lining up the cursor or lining up where I could input information on the document. I would have appreciated a tutorial that was available at the beginning of the trial or purchase.

A proper company
PDFfiller apparently thought I wanted a subscription to their service after trying it out once. I did not want that, however, and wrote to them to cancel the payment. They cancelled right away, no questions asked. You know a proper company when that is the procedure.

Excellent customer service and supportI recently needed to contact them for an issue I had and was helped by Shannen. I used their Live Support Chat, waited less than 1 minute and my problem was dealt with with in less than 5 minutes. Shannen was helpful, polite and made it easy. The fact that this took such little time, without hassle was fantastic. Excellent company to deal with!
