It's not as easy to follow as you think it is. For example, Save As is a command that most of us think as a file name, not application such as PDF or Docx. I now have to go back and find the document, add the signature and then, change the name of the file, somehow from the template to a specific client's file.

THE BEST support team I have ever had, EVER!!!!!!! Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! The interface is reasonably intuitive… The interface is reasonably intuitive and everything works right, as far as I can tell. One note: To move a field, select and hold the symbol for move in the box just above the field, not the box itself. In other words, the symbol is the handle.

VERY EASY TO USE PLUS ONE SUGGESTION VERY EASY TO USE. THE ONLY THING I THINK NEEDS TO CHANGE IS THAT WHEN I SAVE THE DOCUMENT, INSTEAD OF SAYING IRS FORM 940 (OR SOMETHING CLOSE TO THAT) I THINK THE YEAR OF THE FORM THAT WAS WORKED ON. FOR EXAMPLE: IRS FORM 940 2019

What do you like best? I like being able to merge documents so easily and correcting documents. What do you dislike? That you cannot merge from the first page you have to view all documents in order to select the documents you want to merge Recommendations to others considering the product: In my industry, we are always on the go so it's nice to have something that is simple to use and meets the needs that I have. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I do not have to go to the office anymore to scan documents when I am submitting an offer. It saves me time and effort.
