PDF filer Completing forms and getting them to whomever I choose. Ease of use. I love this software. I have a health issue that makes filling out forms quite difficult. With this software, I am able to complete any document. There is not much to dislike. So no comments on that.

How to Use the Map Form Feature in pdfFiller

The Map Form feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily map the fields in your PDF form to the corresponding fields in your data source. This feature is especially useful when you have a large number of forms to fill out and want to automate the process.

Upload your PDF form to pdfFiller. You can do this by clicking on the 'Upload Document' button on the homepage.

Once your PDF form is uploaded, click on the 'Map Form' button in the toolbar at the top of the page.

In the 'Map Form' window, you will see a list of all the fields in your PDF form. On the right side, you will see a list of fields from your data source. To map a field, simply drag and drop the corresponding field from your data source onto the field in your PDF form.

If you have multiple PDF forms with similar fields, you can save time by mapping the fields once and then applying the mapping to other forms. To do this, click on the 'Save Mapping' button and give your mapping a name. Then, when you upload another form, you can select the saved mapping from the 'Apply Mapping' dropdown menu.

Once you have mapped all the fields, click on the 'Save' button to save your changes. You can now start filling out your PDF form using the data from your data source.
