Great program. It did everything I needed and more. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, right at the time I"ve been having a problem. Copies of online chat sent to my email to remind me of how to deal with issues in the future. I'd rate these folks an A plus. I needed to turn regular electronic forms into fillable ones and submit electronically, with a signature and by a deadline, during the pandemic. I was early and complete with this program!

Excellent Customer Support I received quick email responses from costumer support and very fair and kind help - I wasn't aware of my subscription status and was billed for a full year. Because I didn't need the full year subscription, I cancelled my subscription and emailed customer support right away to let them know. I requested a refund and it was kindly granted. Mind you, I emailed them as soon as I got my billing notification from PayPal and my bank account hadn't been charged yet - but they made sure to refund me before I was charged! Many thanks to the helpful customer support worker.

Know your genre and audience. I failed Mae because I didn't understand her genre or audience. Know your purpose. Be specific about what you need. Smile and receive all feedback, but evaluate it against industry standards.
Address the customer by their name. Thanks to the customer. Answer all the questions the customer asked. Address the underlying emotion of the email. Try out the solution before suggesting it to customers.
Double check that the person you are contacting is truly the right person to give you advice. Use Google to check whether they haven't already answered the question in a blog or book. Be tactful and respectful. Be specific in your question, else a lot of time may be taken up writing back and forth for clarification.
